1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with Use AI. If you are not happy with your PRO subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • First-time subscribers: Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase.
  • Renewal payments: Refund requests for renewal charges must be submitted within 48 hours of the charge date.
  • Trial subscriptions: If you cancel during a trial period, you will not be charged.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Include your registered email address and the reason for your request

We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued through the original payment method via our payment processor, Paddle.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have PRO access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle
  • No further charges will be applied

5. Non-Refundable Situations
