By accessing or using the Use AI platform at ai-chatapps.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Use AI Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

2. Description of Service

Use AI provides access to multiple artificial intelligence language models (including but not limited to GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, and Grok) through a unified web interface. The Service includes text generation, image generation, file analysis, and related AI-powered features.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Use AI offers both free and paid subscription plans.
• Free users have a limited number of messages per month.
• PRO subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly) through our payment processor, Paddle.
• Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region due to local taxes applied by Paddle.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• All payments are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing activities

6. Intellectual Property

The Use AI platform, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by Use AI Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

Content generated through the Service using AI models is subject to the terms and policies of the respective AI model providers. We do not claim ownership of user-generated input or AI-generated output.

7. Third-Party AI Models

The Service provides access to AI models developed by third parties. We do not control the outputs of these models and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. AI outputs should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Use AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
